best pc security keylogger removal?

need your help:
possible stealth/silent/ghost keylogger running on my pc.possibly put on remotely.
system is on wi-fi.
signal strength varies from excellent to very good..constantly.
sharp spike in iexplore.exe mem usage almost 750,000.pages started freezing and browsing became difficult. after awhile usage dropped to 64,000.

question 1: what can i do to remove a remote silent/stealth/ keylogger from my pc?
can it be done manually? or is there too much risk?

question 2: what software can be used to make this pc impenetrable?
need high security for my pc.
what is truly the best product/products for this?
