Bloating and hemorrhoids?

I have been bloated for about two months, on going.. the bloating never went down unless i went to go make a “bowl movement”. I suspected I had hemorrhoids for about a week now but i never actually felt them until last night, while i was in the shower. They are the internal hemorrhoids and were slightly painful! they didn’t feel huge but I could definitely tell they were hemorrhoids. I don’t want to go to the doctor, because i know plain as day they are hemorrhoids, but I would like to know what’s causing my bloating? also, what’s a good medicine that CURES hemorrhoids and not just covers up the symptoms?
