Evolution X xbox chip – how to delted saved games!!! (not full actual games but gameplay saves)?

Hi, i have a chipped xbox with an Evo X chip. beacuse the dashboard has been chnaged (not longer the standard xbox one where you can go on memory and then saved games and delete game saves) how do I delete game saves (not full games but gameplay saves)? I have game saves on my harddrive which the games I have sold so i wanted to delete the game saves to save memory from my HD. Anyone got a clue??? thanks!
